Layaways

Items may be put on layaway with a minimum deposit of 10%. There must be a monthly activity, any layaways with no activity will be cancelled. Layaways canceled after 10 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The original deposit and any subsequent payments will not be refunded but may be used toward the purchase of other merchandise.

Exchanges & Returns

Items purchased from Don's Jewelry may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for in store credit. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by the original gift box with all warranty cards, explanation booklets, and lab certificates intact.
Closeouts, special orders, altered pieces (including ring sizing) and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.
