Best watchmaker in area. Had them work in modern and vintage Swiss mechanical watches. One was a minor restoration that turned out wonderfully. Also had engraving done that was unlike anything you see from that store in the mall. Such high quality. Well worth the drive from the quad cities. Seriously.

Where do I begin? Dons is simply the best! While I have had years of great experiences with this jewelry store - including my wife's engagement ring - my most recent experience was truly exceptional. My wife purchased a 1954 Breitling Navitimer from the store. It did not run but Dons vowed to make it work like new again. They spent dozens of hours working on the watch, doing research, and sourcing parts. When they were nearly done they discovered the could not buy the last part needed to complete the watch. Undaunted they fabricated the part and got my 62 year old watch running like a top. My wife gave me the watch for my birthday a few weeks ago and it became an instant family heirloom. Thanks to the whole team at Dons for going WAY above and beyond. It means the world to me and my family.
